We do not publish a phone number at the moment. Once you have placed an order we message you directly, so you always have a live line to us for anything to do with that order.

When we are around

Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 8pm. We reply within one working day, and usually a lot faster than that.

We are an online shop and deliver across Dhaka city. There is no walk in counter to visit.

About your order

Have your order number ready and we can look it up straight away.

Delivery charges and timings are in our delivery policy. What to do if you do not want the parcel when it arrives is in our returns and refunds policy. The short version of that one: check it at the door, and hand it back to the rider if it is not right.

One safety note

We never publish a bKash number on this website, and we never ask for payment in Instagram comments. If you choose to pay by bKash, the number comes to you from us directly after you place your order. If anyone sends you a different number claiming to be Meow Belle, do not pay it, and please tell us.
