Delivery
We deliver inside Dhaka city only, for now. You pay when the food is in your hands.
What it costs and how long it takes
- Standard delivery, Tk 90. For orders up to 5 kg. Arrives in 1 to 2 working days by courier.
- Free delivery on 2 bags or more. Order two or more items and the Tk 90 comes off automatically at checkout.
- The 3-Month Supply always ships free. No minimum, no code.
- Large bags, Tk 150. For orders over 5 kg, which means our 8 kg and 15 kg sacks. These go by our own rider, not a courier, and arrive in 1 to 2 working days.
Every large-bag order gets a phone call from us first, so we can agree a time you will actually be home. A 15 kg sack is not something you want left with a guard.
Where we deliver
Dhaka city only at the moment. We would rather deliver well in one city than badly in twelve.
If you place an order from outside Dhaka we will call you, explain, and refund you in full. Nothing is dispatched and you are never charged. We will also add you to the list for your city, because we do intend to get there.
When it arrives
Your order arrives in a sealed manufacturer bag. Please open the parcel and check it before you pay the rider. Look at the seal, the batch number, the expiry date, and that the recipe is the one you ordered.
If anything is not right, or you change your mind, hand it back to the rider on the spot. You pay the delivery charge only. The full detail is in our returns and refunds policy.
Delays
Most orders land inside the window above. Occasionally something slips: a hartal, heavy rain, or the courier running behind. If your order is going to be late we will message you rather than leave you guessing. If it has gone past the window and you have not heard from us, chase us and we will chase them.
Paying
Cash on delivery is our default and most people use it. You can also pay by bKash. We do not publish a bKash number on this site, for your safety and ours. If you pick bKash we message you the number after your order, you Send Money, and you reply with the TrxID. We pack the order once that is confirmed.
We do not take card payments or Nagad yet.
